Item Build

Ice Hunter’s Warrior Boots

As a fighter who spends most of his time in fights, you should pick the Ice Hunter’s Warrior Boots for Aulus to get the additional Armor and reduce the damage taken.

As for the Retribution, it’s highly recommended to pick Ice Retribution so that Aulus can steal his targets’ Movement Speed. Thus, Aulus will be able to chase down and finish off his targets.

War Axe

War Axe is another item that’s perfect for any Fighter like Aulus due to the additional 550 Max HP, 45 Physical Attack, 10% Cooldown Reduction it offers. And, it also has a Passive that allows him to enter battle stance upon inflicting damage to any enemy unit.

It increases his Physical Attack by 9 points and Physical Penetration by 3 points each second for 3s, up to 8 stacks (Marksmen/Mages/Supports only receive 33% of these stacked effects); it also grants 20% Movement Speed at full stacks.

Windtalker

To further increase his Attack Speed, you can use Windtalker for the (up to) 40% Attack Speed bonus. On top of that, Windtalker also increases his Critical Chance and Movement Speed.

Berserker’s Fury

Next up, you can also get Berserker’s Fury. Since Aulus relies on her Basic Attacks to inflict damage, items that increase Critical like Berserker’s Fury are useful for her.

This item offers additional Critical Chance, Critical Damage, and Physical Attack that will increase her damage output.

Athena’s Shield

Since he’s a Fighter, Aulus is especially weak against Mages. Thus, you should pick Athena’s Shield to increase his Magic Resist and Max HP. But that’s not all, because Athena’s Shield also has a Passive that allows him to absorb additional damage -- making Aulus even tankier!

Blade of Despair

To further increase his damage output, you can get Blade of Despair for Aulus to get the 160 Physical Attack, 5% Movement Speed bonuses. It also has a Passive that grants him a 25% bonus Physical Attack against targets with less than 50% HP.
