Exactly on February 7, 2020, Garena’s Call of Duty Mobile officially introduce a new character named Tian Zhao who serves as the head of Strategic Defense Coalition in East Asia and the leader of the Chinese army.

He is a character who appeared in Call of Duy: Black Ops II and once an ally of Alex Mason during the Afghanistan War in 1980. 40 years later, he becomes uncontrollable and forcing Russia to join his Strategic Defense Coalition.
