• Open Menu
• Select Help option
• Then select Menu Explanation

After selecting this option, the game will automatically pause. Movement in the game will also stop and you can breathe easy if you want to go to the toilet or take a break when playing the game. But it should be noted, never leave the Explanation Menu because if you return from this menu the game will run again.

So if you want to pause, stay in the Explanation Menu until you feel ready to play the game again.
