The January 2024 issue of Kodansha's Nakayoshi magazine marks the end of CLAMP's Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card manga. Not only that, the magazine also announced that the "Special Arc" of Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card manga will be released in April 2024 edition on March 1st 2024. Unfortunately, there are no further details regarding this "Special Arc".

The 15th volume of Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card manga was released on November 13th and the final volume, namely the 16th volume, will follow on April 1st 2024.

Kodansha USA Publishing has released digital and print versions of Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card manga in English, with the 14th volume being released on November 14, 2023. Kodansha USA Publishing describes Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card series as follows:

CLAMP started the sequel manga in Kodansha's Nakayoshi magazine in June 2016.

This manga inspired an anime series that aired from January-June 2018 with a total of 22 episodes. Crunchyroll broadcast the series alongside the Japanese premiere of each episode, and Funimation provided an English dub version. Funimation released this anime on home video in 2019 and 2020. This anime itself has a sequel which is still in the planning stages.

The mobile game Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card-hen Happiness Memories, was first released in October 2019, and ended in June 2020.
