Cecilion is a Hero mage in Mobile Legends with an extraordinary level of burst damage. His skill abilities make him a favorite of mage players. However, to unlock its potential, the right build is essential.

Cecilion Mobile Legends Emblem and Battle Spell

To increase Cecilion's performance, use the battle spell Flicker and the Custom Mage emblem. Select the third Emblem Mage Talent, namely Impure Rage. The emblem's passive skill will deal damage equivalent to 4% of the target enemy's HP and recover 2% of Cecilion's maximum mana.

1. Play in Mid Lane as Support
