Meanwhile, the Chainsaw Man anime is based on the manga with the same title by Tatsuki Fujimoto which has been broadcast since October 2022. This anime tells the story of Denji, a teenage boy who lives with a chainsaw demon named Pochita. Because of the debt left by his late father, he has to live a difficult life to repay his debt by becoming a demon corpse exterminator with Pochita. One day, Denji was betrayed and killed, but when his consciousness began to fade, he made a contract with Pochita and came back to life as a chainsaw man.
