Hwei's Skills in LoL

1. Passive - Signature of the Visionary

When Will Hwei be Released?

Hwei will be present on the PBE test server on November 20, 2023. However, Hwei will only be present in League of Legends on Patch 13.24. Patch 13.24 is expected to be released at the end of December 2023.
