Coaches and casters expressed disappointment that they experienced with the holding of the Free Fire AXIS Cup S4 (Season 4) tournament.

Esports has become an industry that is being sought after by many people and groups in Indonesia nowadays. It's not surprising that now there are so many tournaments that compete in esports games. One of them is Free Fire AXIS Cup Season 4.

Unfortunately, the tournament resulted in a variety of disappointments from coaches to casters. Why?

Coaches and Casters Disappointed with the Organizer of the Free Fire AXIS Cup S4, Why?

Judging from the story uploads of several casters and the coaches' statements, they felt disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the EO (Event Organizer), which caused chaos at the Free Fire AXIS Cup S4 event.

Adji Sven, through his Instagram Story upload, said the event was very chaotic.

"I can admit that while I was working in esports, this event was in the most chaotic category throughout history! Starting from their treat to the esports team, the flow of the event was unclear (delayed), the production stream was very chaotic in terms of audio, and camera, and there were also no rehearsals before D-day, it's also mixed with football tournaments, and many more," he said.

Apart from that, there was another caster who also uploaded his disappointment on Instagram Story, namely Viscaloid.

"It's very unfortunate that a big brand has to experience an incident like this. From the start, there were no rehearsals and suddenly it was combined with a football event, which is a bit strange. I don't blame football for having it, but why does it have to be 10 teams in a day and two rounds per match? It's really heartbreaking Production in Futsal, 180 degrees very well prepared compared to esports Production, and in five years in esports, this is the most battered event that I have participated in. Caster, host, and Analyst have gone all out as much as we can but if the stage mic and live stream are dead plus the display screen is 144 pixels. What are we going to do at the end?" he wrote.

On the other hand, Coach Fayad also expressed his disappointment, as reported by an upload on the Letalks Indonesia Instagram account.

"During its day, the Free Fire team's seating position in the audience seats where they were given tables and seats was not professional. The WiFi network was also bad. Regarding the live streaming which was seriously chaotic, it was not really appropriate for a brand like Axis," he said.

Until now there has been no response from AXIS regarding this matter.

Well, hopefully, what happened in the Free Fire AXIS Cup S4 (Season 4) tournament won't happen again!
