This time, Eric Barone from Concerned Ape shares details regarding the patch update for the popular farming game Stardew Valley 1.6.1 in the newly presented update. In this detail, they share notes about what will be presented in this update. In this update, there is no new content presented in it, because everything is still about fixing new problems that arise.
This is done to prevent the game from functioning as expected. For example, problems with the Junimo harvester, and a cheat or bug in the game that directly leads players to the summit by easily using a glitch to immediately navigate the game to the end.
Luckily, Cornerned Ape is aware of this glitch, but what is unique is that instead of patching the existing glitch, the developer instead provides a cutscene in the game that will punish players for accessing The Summit without reaching the 100% end of the game or what is known as the Perfect Ending.
The following are the consequences you will get if you commit bug abuse on The Summit glitch.
Meanwhile, this was what happened before the 1.6.1 patch update
