Genshin Impact is one of the games with a massive fan base. Celebrating its first anniversary on September 28, miHoYo is holding a special in-game event. Unfortunately, Genshin Impact’s 1st Aniversary isn’t well-received by fans so far. As a matter of fact, the event has caused an uproar from the players, resulting in a surge of negative reviews of the game (also called a review-bomb).

The players are disappointed by the rewards miHoYo has for Genshin Impact’s 1st Anniversary. They claim that miHoYo is being too stingy with the rewards, which are part of a one-week event. And here are the rewards:

• Day-1: Intertwined Fate x1;
• Day-2: Mora x80.000;
• Day-3: Intertwined Fate x2;
• Day-4: Mystic Enhancement x18;
• Day-5: Intertwined Fate x2;
• Day-6: Hero’s Wit x8;
• Day-7: Intertwined Fate x5.

At the time of writing, Genshin Impact is rated 3.1/5. This number is better than the previous one, 2.4/5.

What makes it worse, the review-bomb trend isn’t just affecting Genshin Impact, but it has reached other apps and games:

• Tears of Themis;
• Arknights;
• Pokemon Unite;
• Clash of Clans;
• Cookie Run Kingdom
• Punishing Gray Raven;
• Epic Seven;
• FGO;
• Mobile Legends;
• Wild Rift;
• Alchemy Stars;
• Google Classroom;

• Alchemist Code.

(Update) miHoYo Starts Giving Out More Rewards!

Responding to the issue, miHoYo has made a decision to give players additional rewards. The rewards are sent via players’ mails, containing 400 Primogems and a new Gilder.

But that’s not all, because reportedly, there will be three more rewards that players will receive. Yet miHoYo is still yet to announced these rewards.
