The Grass & Fairy-type Alola region Guardian Deity, Tapu Bulu, has been released in Pokemon GO. Tapu Bulu has the power to grow and control foliage/plants, and even gain energy from them. Tapu Bulu looks like a bull and is quite friendly, calm, and a bit lazy.

This Pokemon once helped train Ash Ketchum to improve his Lycanroc (Dusk Form) by learning the Stone Edge.

In Pokemon GO, Tapu Bulu spawns in Tier 5 Raid Battles until 26 April 2022. To defeat it, try to use Poison-type Pokemon for the Double Super Effective boost of 256%.

Some of the best Poison-type Pokemon are Roserade, Toxicroak, Gengar, Victreebel, Scolipede, and Vileplume. If you don’t have Poison-types, you can also use Flying, Steel, Fire, and Ice-type attacks for the 160% boost.

Some of the best Pokemon of these types are Moltres, Metagross, Reshiram, and Galarian Darmanitan. For the Mega Evolution, you can pick Mega Beedrill, Mega Gengar, or Mega Charizard.

It’s not that hard to defeat Tapu Bulu, a team of 5 Trainers with standard lineups is enough to do the job. You can even defeat it in a team of 2 Trainers, yet you’ll need powerful lineups. If you manage to defeat Tapu Bulu in Tier-5 Raid Battles you’ll have the chance to catch it.

Tapu Bulu will have a Max CP of 1953 for 100% IV (Level 20) or CP 2442 (Level 25) during the Sunny/Cloudy Weather Boost. Tapu Bulu may come with the Fast Move Rock Smash or Bullet Seed, whereas its Charge Moves are Megahorn, Dazzling Gleam, Solar Beam, and Grass Knot. Good luck on hunting your Tapu Bulu, Trainers!
