In DG Cheat episode 28 which aired yesterday, Dunia Games invited Bigetron's Brand Ambassador, Angie Marcheria. Several interesting questions were asked to Angie, one of which was the ability that an esports team’s BA should have.

When asked by Punipun as the host about what skills a BA should have, Angie answered that the ability to communicate is very important. The second one has a fairly broad knowledge of esports so as not to be confused when asked. Another thing to have is empathy.
