Digimon World: Next Order is the sixth installment of the Digimon World game which will soon be re-released on the Nintendo Switch. The first series of Digimon World was released for PlayStation in 1999. Interestingly, this game was released before the anime which aired in the same year.

Two years later, Digimon World 2 and Digimon World 3 were released for the PlayStation. A decade and a half later, Digimon World 4 and Digimon World Re-Digitize were released. Then in 2017, Digimon World: Next Order was released by Bandai Namco for PlayStation 4. There will be two new features that make it easier for beginners to play this game.

This news was explained in the weekly Famitsu magazine. In this game, you can play two Digimons at once with the same gameplay as the first Digimon World series, of course with lots of new Digimon. Digimon World: Next Order for Nintendo Switch will release in Japan on February 22, 2023.
