Bandai Namco announced the latest DLC One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 which will be revealed on One Piece Day 2023 which takes place on 22nd July 2023. Information regarding this DLC will be announced at the One Piece Day 2023 event stage which will also be broadcast via live streaming.

The previous DLC characters in Pirate Warriors 4 are Charlotte Katakuri, Vinsmoke Judge, X-Drake, and O-Kiku. Interestingly, all of those DLC characters were released in 2020, the same year they were currently released. That means the next DLC will feature the first character after 3 years.

Most likely Luffy Gear Five will be the newest DLC. The reason is because soon, on August 6th 2023, Luffy Gear Five will appear in the anime One Piece. Meanwhile, One Piece Day 2023 takes place on July 22nd about 2 weeks earlier. Wano is also the last arc shown in Pirate Warriors 4.
