Dragon Ball DAIMA Coming to Crunchyroll This October with Subtitles!
Crunchyroll has announced that the anime Dragon Ball DAIMA will be available this October with Indonesian subtitles.

Toei Animation is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the iconic Dragon Ball manga by Akira Toriyama with a new series titled Dragon Ball DAIMA. The series will start streaming on Crunchyroll from October 11, 2024, featuring new adventures of Goku and his friends who are turned back into children due to a mysterious conspiracy. Fans around the world, including Indonesia, will be able to watch new episodes weekly, complete with subtitles.
In Dragon Ball DAIMA, Goku, along with Supreme Kai and new characters Glorio and Panzy, must face challenges in the "Demon World." The series promises a story full of action and mystery, directed by Yoshitaka Yashima and Aya Komaki, two prominent figures in the anime industry. The script is written by Yuko Kakihara, and the character designs are by Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru.
The series also features exciting musical collaborations. The opening theme song, titled "Jaka Jaan," was created by Grammy Award winner Zedd, who worked with the C&K singing duo. The lyrics are penned by Yukinojo Mori, known for his contributions to iconic Dragon Ball songs such as “CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA” and “Limit Break x Survivor.” Additionally, Zedd has also produced the ending song, “'NAKAMA' by ZEDD feat. AI.”
Dragon Ball DAIMA was first announced at New York Comic Con 2023 and has been eagerly awaited by dedicated fans. This series adds to the long list of successful Dragon Ball works, following popular series like Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super.
