DreamLeague Season 25 is one of the biggest Dota 2 tournaments of the year, featuring 16 top teams from various regions competing in an intense format. As part of the ESL Pro Tour, the tournament is held online in the European region with a total prize pool of $1,000,000 USD.

Tournament Format This tournament is divided into three main stages:

Group Stage 1 (February 16-19, 2025)

  • 16 teams are divided into two groups (Group A & Group B).

  • Single round-robin format, with each series consisting of two games.

  • The top 4 teams from each group advance to Group Stage 2, while the rest are eliminated.

Group Stage 2 (February 21-27, 2025)

  • The remaining 8 teams compete in a single round-robin format.

  • All matches are Best of 3 (Bo3).

  • The top 2 teams advance to the Upper Bracket Playoffs, while the 3rd and 4th place teams move to the Lower Bracket.

  • Teams ranked 5th-8th are eliminated from the tournament.

Playoffs (March 1-4, 2025)

  • Double-elimination bracket format.

  • All matches are played in Bo3 format except for the Grand Final, which follows a Bo5 format.

  • Group Stage 2: PARIVISION surprised everyone with a perfect 7-0 record (14-2), becoming the most dominant team before entering the playoffs.

  • Playoffs: Team Spirit defeated PARIVISION in the Grand Final with a 2-0 score, claiming the DreamLeague Season 25 championship.

Total Prize Pool & ESL Pro Tour (EPT) Points The total prize pool of $1,000,000 USD is distributed as follows:

  • Champion: $250,000 + 4,200 EPT Points

  • Runner-up: $100,000 + 3,500 EPT Points

  • 3rd Place: $80,000 + 2,800 EPT Points

  • 4th Place: $60,000 + 2,450 EPT Points
