1. Similar to Enel’s Ability
Enel used one of his Devil Fruit techniques which is called Gloam Paddling in a similar manner to Goru Goru no Mi’s ability. He can also use this technique to reshape any object made of metal, he used it on Ark Maxim’s golden staff.
While Tesoro is capable of manipulating solid gold to liquid or semi-solid. Enel's ability requires melted gold to be refined before its cooled to be able to do so.
2. Weaknesses
The main weakness of this Devil Fruit ability is that it cannot create gold and that its power is thus directly proportional to the amount of gold present in its user's surroundings.
Furthermore, the user is only able to manipulate gold that they have previously touched, and contact with sea water will instantly nullify that effect. The gold constructs will crack and crumble, and the user will need to touch the gold once more before being able to manipulate it again.

Tesoro can use this power to create a huge fountain of gold, trap his enemies and infuse golden dusts.
Tesoro is capable of peel other people’s body and even slowly transform their skin into gold. He is also able to create an armor of gold to increase power and defense. All of the golds in Gran Tesoro is produced by Tesoro’s power.
