The resources Wanderer needs to recruit Icarus are a minimum of 120 Red Nucleus to pull on the Limited Time Banner during the period April 13 to May 4, 2023. If Wanderer fails to get Icarus from the total pull, Wanderer can buy it using Flame Gold through the Weapon Store.
