Diamond Jozu

Jozu is the third division commander of the Whitebeard Pirates who’s in charge of leading the men on the front line in battles. Due to his Devil Fruit’s power, Jozu is able to serve as the shield to protect his men on the front line. It’s been confirmed that Jozu ate the Kira Kira no Mi, which allows him to transform himself into human-diamond, granting him unmatched defense.

Although his main ability is to defend, Jozu also boasts a great speed. It’s shown when he’s able to move so quickly to protect Shirohige from Mihawk’s attack in Marineford. Jozu also mastered some wrestling moves, such as tackles and suplexes. He once injured Aokiji with his tackle. Jozu also has a very muscular physique and a devastating grip. With his sheer power, he’s able to move a giant block of ice with ease.

Outside of the battlefield, Jozu often looks calm. Jozu was born 42 years ago in West Blue as a poor kid. In his childhood, Jozu had no choice other than to steal since he had such a difficult life. Yet due to his speed, he’s never been caught. It’s also been confirmed that Jozu is a Kenbunshoku and Busoshoku Haki user.

His status remains unknown since the Battle of Marineford. But there’s no mention about him being dead. It’s highly likely that Jozu is still alive somewhere. Surely it would be something if he makes a return and sided with Luffy.

Vista

Vista is the fifth division commander of the Whitebeard Pirates, the swordsmen of the crew. According to the Vivre Card, Vista is one of the best swordsmen who can compete with Mihawk, the current strongest swordsman in the world. Along with Marco, Ace, Jozu, and Thatch, Vista is one of the most important crews of the Whitebeard Pirates. From all of those crews, Vista is the oldest at 47 years old.

The nickname "Vista of the Flower Swords" derived from the name of his swords, “Kaken” which means flower swords. Vista has been training really hard since he was very young. Back then, even that he trained using just a bamboo sword, he already developed an interest in swords. He became more committed to his training and managed to master the high-level techniques as he grew up.

Vista’s Busoshoku Haki is of the higher level, as he’s able to imbue his swords with his Haki, similar to what Mihawk has taught Zoro. Despite going up against the insanely powerful Mihawk, Vista did not show any signs of fear. It’s been confirmed that Vista is a user of Busoshoku and Kenbunshoku Haki.
