Spy x Family follows a secret agent under the codename “Twilight”, who’s on a mission to gain access to a high-ranking member of a political party. The mission is called Operation Strix, which requires Twilight to live a fake life under the alias Loid Forger and adopt a girl named Anya. To carry out this mission, he also needed to find a wife.

Initially, Yor was an ordinary clerk at the city hall. One day, she met Loid Forger in a tailor shop when she was going to get her dress fixed. 9. Kind-Hearted and Innocent

Despite her profession as an assassin, Yor is actually a kind-hearted and caring woman, especially towards Anya. She never lets anyone hurt Anya or make her cry. She also never hesitates to help others in need, just like when she helped an old lady who got pickpocketed in Episode 3 of Spy x Family. She even believed that Anya is Loid’s daughter from his previous marriage.

10. Always Tries to be a Good Mother

Although Yor is aware that her status as a mother is just a facade, she sincerely cares for Anya and sees her as her own daughter. She always wants to make Anya feel that she's the right mother for her. It's shown with her desire to cook whenever Loid is not at home to show her as a good mother to Anya, or when she saved Anya when she got kidnapped by a group of thugs in Episode 6 of Spy x Family.
