Rurouni Kenshin or known as Samurai X in some countries is the work of Nobuhiro Watsuki who had a lot of fans since the anime and manga were published in the 90s. It tells the story of Kenshin Himura, a samurai who was known as Hitokiri Battousai and have sworn to not kill again, by using a reverse Katana or Sakabatou to help many people in Meiji era Japan

In addition to the anime and manga, Rurouni Kenshin has appeared in several Live-Action films starring a veteran actor who plays Kamen Rider Den-O, Takero Satou. This year, two Rurouni Kenshin Live Action films will be released under the title Rurouni Kenshin The Final/The Beginning.

After being postponed in 2020 due to the Covid19 pandemic, the Live-Action Rurouni Kenshin film that many fans have been waiting for looks will air in 2021 on Netflix as well. Judging from the teaser trailer on the Netflix Asia Youtube channel, the Live-Action Rurouni Kenshin The Final film seems to provide fresh air for fans who want to watch the film but are still afraid to come to the cinema because of the pandemic.

Rurouni Kenshin The Final tells the story of revenge of Kenshin's brother-in-law, Yukishiro Enishi because in his past Kenshin accidentally killed Enishi's sister, Tomoe. Enishi, along with people who have a grudge against Hitokiri Battousai, demands revenge under the Jinchu philosophy, namely retribution from humans for humans.

What kind of retaliation would Enishi have against Kenshin? Can Kenshin survive and protect the people he loves? Let's just wait for the answer when the Rurouni Kenshin The Final is released.
