Due to the COVID-19 pandemic makes the majority of silver screen movies that already anticipated must be postponed, including Monster Hunter the Movie. The movie that was scheduled for September 2020 release, delayed to April 23rd, 2021. To cure gamer’s curiosity as well as their sadness, Monster Hunter the Movie finally released its first teaser video, and here’s the first teaser!

In the short video, we can see Natalie Artemis (Milla Jovovich) and Hunter (Tony Jaa) fighting against Diablos. Also, good news stated at the end of the trailer. Now fans of the game don’t need to wait any longer, because the movie that was previously delayed to April 2021, now it’s scheduled to premiere in December 2020. 

About Monster Hunter the Movie

As we all know, the Monster Hunter movie is a live-action adaptation based on the video game of the same name by Capcom. Monster Hunter movie will tell the United States Army Captain Natalie Artemis who falls into the portal and arrives on a strange planet that inhabited by monsters. Alongside Hunter, Natalie must survive from monsters that hunt them while looking for a way to return home.
