Crunchyroll Games announced on Thursday, May 25, 2023 that they are releasing The Eminence in Shadow: Master of Garden (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute! Master of Garden) game for PC on May 25, 2023.

The Eminence in Shadow: Master of Garden is a game inspired by the light novel series titled The Eminence in Shadow (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!) by Daisuke Aizawa. The PC version of The Eminence in Shadow: Master of Garden will feature cross-platform play that can sync with the iOS and Android versions.

In addition, this game will hold a special half-anniversary event from May 18 to June 8, 2023. Previously, Crunchyroll Games released this game for iOS and Android devices on November 29, 2022.

The first season of the anime adaptation premiered in October 2022 and ended on February 15, 2023.

The good news is that the anime The Eminence in Shadow will get a second season which will be broadcast by HIDIVE. Key staff involved in the first season will also be returning to work this second season at the Nexus studios. HIDIVE has broadcast the first season of this anime.

The Eminence in Shadow anime is directed by Kazuya Nakanishi (chief animation director for Darwin's Game) at studio Nexus (who is also involved in the production of the Darwin's Game and Granbelm anime).

Makoto Iino (Suppose a Kid From the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town, Demon Lord, Retry!) is in charge of adapting Tōzai's original character designs for animation. Additionally, Kanichi Katou (Black Clover, Those Snow White Notes) is supervising the writing of the scripts for the anime series. The music is composed by Kenichiro Suehiro.
