On Friday (7/8), Apex Legends uploaded a trailer for the launch of its Season 6, titled “Boosted” that will be released on August 18. Surprisingly, the trailer features a new character called Rampart.

On its official website, EA introduces Rampart as an “expert modder”. EA also mentioned that she made her name in underground fight clubs. Based on her voice in the Apex Legends trailer, this character seems to have either a Middle-Eastern or Indian accent.

Apex Legends is known for its diversity. It can be seen from the characters in the game who originate from different ethnic groups and races.

Unfortunately, it’s still unclear what would be Rampart’s special power, but in the trailer, this character says “Sheila and I are ready to ‘dance’,”. Could Sheila be the name of her weapon? Does Sheila have anything to do with Rampart’s occupation as an expert modder?

There are still so many questions regarding this new character that is still unanswered. Let’s just wait for the next detailed info from EA when the Season 6 of Apex Legends is released later this month.
