A mobile game by Sega, Sin Chronicle, is reportedly to close its server on May 31, 2023. There are still updates from the main story and events before this game is closed forever. Despite having good gameplay and graphics, Sin Chronicle only lasted a year. Yes, this game was released in March 2022 and was announced at the Tokyo Game Show 2021.
The first part of the Finale Campaign and also the Anniversary gacha will start on March 17, 2023 until April 18, 2023. Meanwhile, the second part of this campaign will start on April 18 along with the last gacha. Then, on April 4-18, there will be a collaboration event with Gi-Chronicle which is a spin-off of Sin Chronicle.
Even though this game is quite interesting because of its graphics and gameplay, Sin Chronicle cannot last long. Even this game is not released globally. According to us, one of the reasons is that Sin Chronicle is less popular than big games like Genshin Impact, whose target audience is the same. What do you think caused this game to close the server?
