But apart from those games, Tencent Games is also preparing several new and mysterious games that will be released soon. What are they? Let's look at the following list.
1. Code: To Jin Yong
A Chinese studio named AAA Studio announced that they will adapt the Wuxia novel series into a martial arts game called Code: To Jin Yong. Through the trailer that has been shared, it seems that this game will have stylish elements that combine many astonishing air movements that are the hallmark of Wuxia.
Code: To Jin Yong allows you to jump a high distance to be able to avoid incoming attacks. The game is developed by Lightspeed Studios, which is owned by Tencent which previously worked on mobile games such as Apex Legends and PUBG. Code: To Jin Yong is planned to be developed on Unreal Engine 5, which Tencent believes will allow developers to embody fantastic martial arts moves like real ones.
2. Avatar: Reckoning
In early 2022, Tencent apparently was making an MMORPG game with the theme Avatar. Titled Avatar: Reckoning, this game was made by the developer Archosaur Games. Unfortunately, this game is not intended for release on consoles or PCs, but for Android and iOS mobile devices.
Avatar: Reckoning will have Na'vi as the player's main character. The player's Na'vi character can be modified according to his wishes. This game will have both PVP and PVE content. Players can team up with other players to complete difficult challenges or difficult bosses.
Not only the multiplayer mode, Avatar: Reckoning also has a solo mode. In solo mode the player will complete quests that are part of the game's storyline. Avatar: Reckoning is planned to be released next year. But when exactly has not been determined.
3. Honor of Kings: World
In 2021, Tencent Games and TiMi Studio Group announced the open world version of the Honor of Kings game. This game will be named Honor of Kings: World which will use the action-MMORPG genre. After a year of silence, last November Tencent finally shared gameplay footage for Honor of Kings: World.
It seems that this game will focus on exploration and combat which looks exciting, including how you can play several characters with their own unique fighting styles.
Honor of Kings: World is currently in active development with no definite release schedule. Meanwhile, this game is planned to be available on several platforms, which most likely include consoles and PCs.
4. Story of Seasons Mobile
In 2019, Tencent Games and Marvelous announced that they would soon be bringing Story of Seasons to mobile devices. This game takes the same concept as the whole Harvest Moon story, where you play the role of managing agricultural land, including producing crops there, and also raising livestock. Story of Seasons introduces a new class of characters, including the tiny goddess and tiny witch.
Through the trailer that was shared in 2021, it appears that Story of Seasons Mobile still uses the same system as the console version of Story of Seasons. The difference is a more modern visual and graphical appearance.

7. Valorant Mobile
Valorant is an FPS game made by Riot Games for the PC platform. Even though it is considered the newest PC platform FPS game, in its first year of release, Valorant was able to go far enough to become a game with a satisfactory rating level with reviews and ratings that are no less good than similar games.
Therefore, Riot Games also wants to expand its wings, by following in the footsteps of Apex Legends entering the mobile platform. Riot Games itself is a company owned by Tencent and mobile games have a very large market in the Bamboo Curtain country. Even though they have announced that they are working on Valorant Mobile, they have not said anything after confirming the announcement.
