On Saturday (10/08/19), the PUBGM competition was successfully held at Prime NND iCafe, BSD - Tangerang. This is not just a PUBGM competition as we know it in general, but this is a GPA (Gameloop Players Arena) competition, and brings together participants who play mobile games using the Gameloop platform. This is the second competition held in Indonesia, which was not only attended by participants in the first competition, but was attended by more enthusiastic contestants.

This offline tournament was participated by 16 teams which took place from 1 pm to 7 pm, and produced 3 champions. The first winner was won by CrashAgaints, second place was NagaBonar, and 3rd place was AWM-SVL, who won first place in the competition. AWM-SVL itself intends to return to the tournament held by GameLoop in September to win the title again.

As can be seen in the competition yesterday, we were very surprised by the enthusiasm of participants who averaged around the age of 14 years. They come from several areas such as Jakarta, Bekasi and Tangerang. Participants come to Prime NND iCafe to feel the atmosphere of the competition with enjoy. That is because their ambition to become a professional e-sports player from Gameloop in Indonesia will help them develop themselves and their techniques to take part in future world competitions.

Dimas, a 12 year old boy from the JEEP team, shared with us the story of joining the GPA Indonesia Series. He is a true lover of games, and dreams of becoming a professional player when he grows up. He heard about the competition from his friend's aunt Febri, who found the competition on the internet and then registered them. However, to join the competition they need 4 players, but they only get 3.

Their interest in the competition encourages them to go to the venue. And right at the venue, they found their new team members who were alone to enter the competition that day. And after several rounds of practice together, they went to the competition and got 4th place in it. "We can't wait for GameLoop to hold their next event, and I believe that we can win the championship in the future," Dimas said, with joy, pride and confidence on his face.

We feel very touched when hearing their stories and feel that GameLoop is building sincere relationships with their players and giving normal players the stages to grow their e-sports dream shoots.

GameLoop has attracted many sponsors and partners to join their GPA Indonesia Series. We have watched this competition take place on well-known streaming platforms, Nimo TV, Bigo Live and Nono Live, gaming equipment, pad, mouse, and Lenovo-sponsored game prizes for players. Also many top game media including World Games, GameBrott, Esport.id for leading interviews of competitions and events.

And based on our conversation with Michelle Xu, head of marketing at GameLoop, the next competition should be held in September with a larger size and much higher prize pool to encourage more players to join.

Gameloop provides many mobile games that can be played on a computer, most of which are very popular in many circles. Gameloop also offers opportunities for PUBGM lovers to play freely using a widescreen PC, with an official emulator for PUBGM players who will gather together to play their favorite games and also feel more enjoy.

GameLoop will release a new 3A game globally that might surprise everyone, let's look forward to it.
