Genshin Impact x Horizon Zero Dawn Collaboration Brings a Free 5✰ Character, Aloy!

Horizon Zero Dawn's Aloy of the Nora tribe will be available as a free 5✰ Character in Genshin Impact v2.1 (PS4/PS5) and v2.2 (PC/Mobile).

After its first massive content expansion featuring an all-new nation Inazuma in Version 2.0 update yesterday, Genshin Impact continues to surprise fans and players by announcing its first collaboration with Horizon Zero Dawn™ — the multi-award-winning action-RPG title developed by Guerrilla that won many awards from various video game communities.

Aloy, An Exclusive 5✰ Character for All Players

Starting from Version 2.1, the legendary hunter Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn™ will join the Genshin Impact character roster as a five-star character. Players across PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, PC, Android, and iOS can obtain this new five-star character for free within a limited time.

An Outcast, Seeker, and proven huntress from the Nora Tribe who saves life on Earth in Horizon Zero Dawn™, Aloy will not hesitate to fight for a cause during her adventures in the world of Teyvat. 

In addition to her extraordinary archery abilities, she also acquired a Cryo Vision in this world and can wield unique elemental power in combat and exploration.

Comes First on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5

In Version 2.1, Aloy will be featured as a new five-star character "Savior From Another World" who joins the Traveler in unraveling the secrets of Teyvat.

"Savior From Another World" Aloy will be provided free of charge to Genshin Impact players, with exclusive early access for players on PlayStation®.

During Version 2.1, players who have reached Adventure Rank lv. 20 or above can receive Aloy via in-game mail after logging in to the game on PS5™ or PS4™.

Meanwhile, other players can receive Aloy via in-game mail after logging in to the game on any available platform during Version 2.2.

Get a Free 4✰ Bow, Exclusive on PlayStation

A free four-star Bow that gives Aloy a special buff can also be obtained exclusively on PlayStation® during Version 2.1 and Version 2.2 for players who reached Adventure Rank 20 or above.

At level 90 Refinement 1, the Predator weapon (Bow) will deal +41.3% ATK and +510 Base ATK. This weapon has the effect of 'Strong Strike', namely:

[After dealing Cryo DMG on the enemy, increases 10% Normal DMG and Charged Attack for 6 seconds, and this effect can be stacked 2 times; Also when Aloy wears Predator, Aloy's ATK will increase by 66.]

The collaboration between Genshin Impact and Horizon Zero Dawn™ will be featured during Version 2.1 and Version 2.2, with more details to be disclosed later. The game is available for download on PS4 and PS5 from the PlayStation™ Store, on Android from Google Play, on iOS from the App Store, and PC from Epic Games Store or the Genshin Impact official website (genshin.mihoyo.com).
