For the first time ever, the VCT Pacific Stage 2 grand finals will be held outside of South Korea. Yep, Riot Games, officially appointed Tokyo, Japan as the host of the VCT Pacific grand finals for stage 2.

Host of the 2025 VCT Pacific Stage 2 Grand Finals

The VCT Pacific Stage 2 Grand Finals for the 2025 season will be held on August 30-31, 2025. This announcement was made by Head of Valorant Esports APAC, Jake Sin, in the VCT Pacific Kickoff press release, on Tuesday (14/1).

“We organized Masters Tokyo in 2023 and we were overwhelmed by the amount of support and passion the fans showed, even without a Japanese team. That kind of spirit is very special and we are very grateful to the Japanese community, so we want to hold another event in Japan as soon as possible.” said Jake Sin.

Before that, we will witness the VCT Pacific Kickoff from January 18 - February 9, 2025 at Sangam SOOP Colosseum. Meanwhile, stage 1 and 2 will be held from March 22 to May 16, while stage 2 starts on July 12 and ends on August 29.

VCT Pacific stage 2 will determine which teams in VCT Pacific qualify for the Valorant Champions 2025 held in Paris, France.
