After previously releasing their first trailer, this time, Haikyuu!! provides news about their upcoming film at the Jump Festa 2024 event. This time, the latest video trailer for Haikyu!! The Movie: Decisive Battle at the Garbage Dump, which will be a continuation of the story in the anime, will be divided into two parts. The announcement also added the theme song for the film by SPYAIR with the title "Orange".

This film is scheduled to premiere in Japan on February 16, 2024, while global screenings, including Indonesia, have not yet been announced. This anime film is again worked by Toho Animation which will produce both parts of Haikyuu!! Final Movie. Meanwhile, the director and scriptwriter will be Susumu Mitsunaka. Takahiro Kishida is the character designer, and Takahiro Chiba is the chief animation director, respectively.

Haruichi Furudate first launched Haikyuu!! manga in 2011 and the series ended in July 2020. The manga was then adapted into anime in April 2014, the second season aired in October 2015, and the fourth season arrived in January 2020.
