The Fire Nation is one of the countries in the Avatar series. Viewers get a glimpse of what the lives of the Fire Nation children are like when Aang and the others disguise themselves as ordinary Fire Nation families. Children growing up in the Fire Nation are kept under very strict conditions.

They are taught all about the greatness of the nation at school and forced to pledge their allegiance to the Fire Nation and Fire Lord Ozai. Teachers and authority figures watched them closely. Under Ozai's rule, they cannot live like normal children.

4. Family is not Important

Brutal family life in the Fire Nation. Family love tends to be meaningless in the face of fame or success. The Ozai family itself is a clear example of this where he prefers power over his wife and children.

5. Full of Propaganda and Lies

Everyone in the Fire Nation believed that they were proud and honorable people. They know nothing about the violence committed by the troops of the country or the suffering of people in other lands.
