Sanji is a member of the Vinsmoke family who was raised by the leader of Germa 66, Vinsmoke Judge. 6. Almost Starving to Death

After Zeff Pirates' ship was wrecked, Sanji, who had intruded into it, got stranded on a small island without any food. Sanji and Zeff were trapped on the island for 85 days. Zeff gave all the leftovers he had to Sanji. Even so, it was not enough to endure his hunger for 85 days.

Sanji was starving and almost died. Luckily, they survived until Zeff founded Baratie.
