Mobile Legends patch 1.6.08 brings some big changes to its Advanced Server, in which so many Marksman heroes are receiving buffs to propel them to compete in the upcoming META. Buffed Marksman Heroes

Kimmy

Basic Attack: Initial Magic Power Bonus: 24% → 23%

Energy Transformation: Magic Power Bonus: 24%-29% → 23%-28%

Reduced the skill’s width (already applied in the previous patch)

Natan

Theory of Everything: Natan can convert his Physical Penetration to Magic Penetration at a rate of 50%

Entropy?: Slightly reduced the cast range. Slightly reduced the cancellation distance. New effect: Refunds Cooldown according to the remaining skill duration.

Clint

Quick Draw: Total Physical Attack Bonus: 95% → 85%

Subsequent Bullet Damage: The last four bullets inflict 11%-21% of the initial damage → the 2nd bullet inflicts 30%-55% of the initial damage, while the 3rd to 5th inflict 5% of the initial damage.

Basic Attack: Optimized the control experience. Attack Range: 4.5 → 4.8

Moskov

Basic Attack: Attack Range: 4.2 → 4.4

Fixed an issue where the enhanced Basic Attack’s attack range is slightly lower than normal Basic Attacks.

Abyss Walker: Mana Cost: 60-85 → 45-70

Spear of Misery: Skill Range: 4.2 → 4.4

Initial Damage: 140-240 +40% Total Physical Attack → 400-550 +60%. Total Physical Attack Extra Damage: 210-360 +60% Total Physical Attack → 200-275 +30% Total Physical Attack

Stun duration when the target collides with the enemy heroes/obstacles are unified to 1.5s.

Spear of Destruction: Enemies behind the primary target will also be slowed.

Slow effect: 80% for 0.8s → 30%-90% for 1.5s (scales with flying distance).

Irithel

Basic Attack: Attack range: 4.9 → 5.2. Fixed an issue where Irithel’s damage was lower when she attacked while moving. Irithel will now keep auto-attacking while moving.

Force of the Queen: Increased the cast speed. The skill range increased by 20%.

Hanabi

Ninjutsu: Petal Barrage: First Bounce’s Damage Ratio: 50% → 40%

Ninjutsu: Soul Scroll: Cooldown: 12s-7s → 8s-6s. Base Damage: 400-500 → 450-600. 

Forbidden Jutsu: Higanbana: Base Damage: 400-600 → 600-800.

Brody

Basic Attack: Attack range 4.6 → 4.9. Damage: 130% Total Physical Attack + 30* Hero Level → 140% Total Physical Attack + 35* Hero Level

Torn-Apart Memory: Damage per Stack: 170-290 + 90% Extra Physical Attack → 102-174 +54% Extra Physical Attack

Abyss Corrosion: Abyss Mark can no longer be applied to Creeps.

Karrie

Spinning Lightwheel: The sphere will stop upon hitting an enemy hero.

Dual Lightwheel: Optimized the control experience.

Wanwan

Tiger Pace: Extra Damage against enemies with all Weaknesses hit: 30% → 40%.

Crossbow of Tang: Base Damage: 60-90 → 55-85.

Claude

Art of Thievery: Max Stacks: 10 → 5. Effect per Stack: 2%-4% → 3%-6%.

Will the Marksman META Shine Once Again in Mobile Legends?

The buffs that these Marksman heroes are getting will certainly make them much more powerful and boost their Carry potentials. Some of the heroes that receive the most significant changes are Clint, Moskov, Irithel, and Hanabi as they’re all receiving lots of adjustments to solidify their spots in the Land of Dawn.

With the increased damage and attack range, it is highly likely for the Marksman META to take over the game once the update is applied on the Original Server.

The Marksman heroes that have often been picked as a Support so far will later reclaim their role as the Carry.
