Hero Statistic

As a mage hero, Cecilion has low durability, just like other mage heroes that have low defense and HP. Since his durability is low, Cecilion is easily killed by heroes with high burst damage.

The offense is quite low since mage takes advantage of their skills. But having low offense doesn’t mean that Cecilion’s damage is low, it’s just that his basic attack lacks damage.

Even with low durability and offense, Cecilion has high effect ability, it almost fills the bar. This means that Cecilion’s damage comes from his abilities.

Cecilion’s difficulty level is above average, meaning anyone can play this hero easily.

Hero Skill

Hero Speciality: The lover of Carmilla. He receives a special skill when Carmilla is on the same team.

Special Skill - [Moonlit Waltz]: When Carmilla is nearby, Cicilion can call her to turn into Vermeil Shadow around him, giving them a shield. Carmilla can choose the target’s location and land at the location, giving Magic Damage to the nearby enemies and slows them down.

Passive - [Overflowing]: Cecilion increases his max mana every time his skill hits the target. The damage of Cecilion’s skill scales with his max mana.

Skill 1 - [Impact Bat]: Cecilion commands a giant bat to fly to a determined direction, dealing magic damage to the enemy along its path. The giant bat stays on its path and unleashes another attack, dealing damage to the target. Every time Cecilion uses this skill, the mana cost increases.  

Skill 2 - [Sanguine Claws]: Cecilion call a pair of claws in a determined direction dealing damage to the enemy along the way, pulling the enemy to where the claws will meet and disables them. Increases the movement speed of Cecilion for a duration.

Ultimate - [Bats Feast]: Cecilion awaken his Blood Demon power, increasing his movement speed and immune to slow debuff. He unleashes bats around him that will automatically attack the enemy dealing magic damage and slows the enemy. Every time the bat hits a target, Cecilion restores his HP.
