After completing the Mythical Dream Quest, you will open the Lake Temple offering, which you can find at the temple in the Lake in the right corner of the island area map. By offering certain items to the Temple Goddess and completing each existing "bundle" of offerings, you can unlock more Fast Travel throughout the city as well as get prizes and of course increase the city's ranking. The more bundles you complete, the more your city's ranking will increase.
