Filming for the One Piece live-action series is reportedly underway. This shooting was done in South Africa, to be exact in Cape Town. Later, the series, which is rumored to have 8 episodes, will air on Netflix. One of the things that caught the attention of fans here was the young actor who played the role of Monkey D. Luffy, Inaki Godoy.

Oda chose actors from various countries. As mentioned in an SBS column, each Straw Hat crew is from a different country if they were in the real world. Monkey D. Luffy's character, Inaki Godoy is from Mexico. Not long ago, Inaki shared a photo of herself on the set.

Inaki shows a chair that reads Monkey D. Luffy which means he is acting as Luffy. In addition, there is also a photo of him with some raw chicken that is ready to be processed. In the caption, he wrote "Watch out @taz_skylar" which means he wants the chickens to be cooked by Taz alias Sanji. Look forward to more fun from them on set
