In the shinobi world of Naruto, to become a ninja, someone must enrol and graduate from a ninja school called Ninja Academy before officially become a ninja with Genin rank and taking various ninja missions. A school certainly requires teachers to teach students who enrol there, and here are the names of the teachers in Konoha’s Ninja Academy.

Academy Teachers in Naruto Shippuden

1. Iruka Umino

Naruto’s teacher who always believe in each student’s potential and never give up on his students. His hard demeanour and warm in free time makes him popular among teachers and students alike. In Boruto, he serves as the headmaster of the academy.

2. Suzume

A teacher for kunoichi (female ninjas), once taught Sakura Haruno and Ino Yamanaka during their academy days. Suzume was assigned to teach students how to blend into the crowd and not attract attention in disguise.

Firstly appeared on Naruto Manga Chapter 71 or Naruto Anime Episode 41.

3. Daikoku Funeno

This fat belly Chunin once served as the teacher in the academy when Itachi enrolled there. He once remembered Itachi’s great potential when he saw Sasuke enrolled in the same institution.

Daikoku firstly appeared in Naruto Manga chapter 221 or Naruto anime episode 129. He later reappeared again in the flashback during Itachi enrolled in the Academy on Naruto Shippuden Episode 452.

4. Bekko

One of Konoha Chuunins. Alongside other ninjas, he once attempted on finding and wanted to punish Naruto after the kid stole the Forbidden Scroll from the Hokage Office.

He was present during Itachi’s schooldays alongside Daikoku on Naruto Shippuden Episode 452.

5. Iwana Akame

A ninja with an eyepatch who was mad at Naruto after he caught stealing the Forbidden Scroll. He was during Itachi’s past alongside Daikoku and Bekko on Naruto Shippuden Episode 452.

6. Sadoru

Kunoichi who enrolled as a teacher at the end of Naruto Shippuden. Sadoru places high respect on Iruka’s rigour on teaching students with bad behaviours.

She appeared on Naruto Shippuden Episode 494.

Boruto: Naruto the Next Generations Academy Teachers

1. Shino Aburame

A friend of Naruto, a member of Aburame Clan, also known as a bug controller. Because Shino has talents in teaching and interacting with kids -- and often ignored by people and his friends -- he decided to be a teacher in the future.

2. Anko Mitarashi

One of the observers in Chuunin Exams back in Naruto’s youth. After leading the special team during the Fourth Shinobi World War, now Anko lives in peace and works as a teacher in Ninja Academy.
