The Dunia Games League 2021 will have open qualifiers and closed qualifiers. The open qualifiers are available for all gamers in Indonesia, and the 1st place from each area will earn a spot in the Grand Finals, while the 2nd-5th place will play in the Play-ins.

Whereas the closed qualifiers are meant for pro players, and the 1st-6th place will have the berth to play in the Grand Finals, while the 7-22th will play in the Play-ins.
