RSG is the runner-up of the MPL Singapore to play in the MSC 2021. During a press conference, Dunia Games asked RSG SynC about the strengths and weaknesses of Indonesian MPL teams.

“I think the strengths of the Indonesian teams is… I’d say that they are known as one of the best regions out there. That goes in terms of mechanics, gameplays, and strategies. I believe many teams from other regions also see them that way. So, their strengths are their gameplay mechanics, they are exceptionally good in the game. So, it’s the perfect place for us to learn. We sometimes study them and readjust them with to strategy and adapt it to our playstyle,” SynC said.

“However, that’s also their weakness. Since everyone is eyeing them, everyone will also think how to play against Indonesian playstyles and strategies,” SynC added.

So, according to SynC, the strengths of Indonesian teams are their gameplay mechanics that are more refined compared to other regions, but that’s also a drawback for them as the other teams will focus on how to counter the strategies of Indonesian teams.
