This news is first shared by Routers.com on its website page and it’s being discussed on Reddit. It’s inevitable because they are trusted media, so many believed the news without confirming it first. This make Tencent have to clarify this issue to the public.

It was reported by Sina Technology, Tencent said that this rumor is not true. They even said that AOV is still running normally and stable in every part of the world including Europe and United States.

The rumor is probably caused by Tencent who is confirmed to create League of Legends Mobile at the same time with Riot. One of the developers who take part on this project admitted that League of Legends Mobile will target the Asian market and more focused on mobile games, as for Europe and United States will be focused on League of Legends PC.
