Description

As the name suggests, Roamer is a role that requires the player to roam from one lane to another throughout the game. 

Some of you may be wondering, what’s the point of doing roams, and how does a Roamer get their gold and exp if they are just wandering around.

It’s simple. A Roamer picks roam items, such as Shadow, Courage, and Awe Mask, which all of them will grant the user additional gold and exp. 

Even when they’re not near a minion, a Roamer can still earn a good amount of gold and exp using these items.

The best Classes for a Roamer in Mobile Legends are Tank or Support as they can roam well and initiate ganks easily.

Tasks

The Roamer holds an important role in the team. Its tasks are not simple, but rather complex. 

A Roamer has the duty to roam and help allies, or just exploring the map to provide some visions around the river area.

The Roamer also has to locate enemy heroes like the enemy Jungler's whereabouts so that the team can anticipate ganks.

Ideally, a Roamer will rotate with the Jungler, and initiate ganks, especially in the early game.

On top of that, the Roamer has to be able to communicate with the allies such as pointing out the enemy location for the laners or just giving out info that they are heading to a specific lane to initiate ganks.

Recommended Heroes

As we’ve mentioned above, the best Classes for a Roamer are Tank or Support, because these heroes tend to be exceptional roamers and have the ability to initiate ganks with their hard CC.

Baxia

It’s no longer a secret that Baxia is an exceptional Roamer because, with his Baxia Shield Unity (1), he can retract himself into his shield and move at high speed while also providing a CC if he hits an enemy using this Skill.

Kaja

Another great hero to take the Roamer role is Kaja, the highly-annoying Support. Kaja’s most disruptive Skill is his Ultimate, which allows him to bind and pull a target, suppressing them for a few moments.
