Interestingly, one of The Order's members, Takamura, indirectly assists Sakamoto in this fight. He somehow cuts off part of Tokyo Tower to maintain its balance. This relieves Sakamoto's burden so he can focus on defeating Apart.

Apart is defeated, but Sakamoto helps him and asks for information. According to Apart, Slur wants the assassins he hired to fight each other as a diversion.
