In Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 3, Toji Fushiguro is seen able to break through the energy barrier near the Jujutsu High School and stab Gojo in the back. Why do you think he was able to break through that supposedly very strong barrier? The answer is because of Toji's special ability.

Just like Maki, Toji can go in and out of the barrier at will. The reason is because they both don't have curse energy. Toji is a fighter focused on physical abilities, with zero curse energy. It can be said that he is similar to Asta from Black Clover or Mash from Mashle.

Luckily, Gojo was able to strengthen his organs with cursed energy so he only received minor injuries. Gojo thinks that Toji is after the bounty offered for capturing Reiko. In fact, Gojo was Toji's target from the start. Toji had also withdrawn the prize.

The goal was to get Gojo to feel at ease so he could let his guard down. That's why Gojo got stabbed by it. Gojo also mentions that Toji has the innate physical talent of Heavenly Restriction which makes him very strong in physical combat. Look forward to other discussions about Jujutsu Kaisen season 2!
