Everybody has watched Shaolin Soccer. This film is always aired in Indonesian TV stations since 2001. The stars’ funny acts in the film always make us laugh. Then what are they up to now, are they doing well?

1. Ng Man Tat (Fung)

Ng Man Tat played as Fung in Shaolin Soccer, a legendary soccer player that’s injured after his loss in the pass. He is the arc enemy of the main antagonist, Hung. Although his name may sound unfamiliar, you guys recognize his face, right? Yes, he is the man that played the uncle of Boboho.

Now Ng Man Tat is 67 years old. But his glory was gone and he had to struggle to support one wife, two ex-wives, and five children with mediocre finances.

2. Patrick Tse (Hung)

Patrick Tse is 82 years old and is the oldest out of the cast of Shaolin Soccer. He is healthy, although he has retired from acting. His kids follow his footsteps and now works in the entertainment industry. Hung is the coach of the evil team and also the rival of Fung.

Tse went through a divorce, and since that moment, he is only interested in dating. He dated Coco, a 33 years old female. They dated for 10 years before they split up in 2018.

3. Zhao Wei (Mui)

Mui is the love interest of Stephen Chow (Sing). Mui’s face is full of zits, but after going through treatment, she becomes pretty. She goes undercover as a goalkeeper and shaves her hair and helped the Shaolin team with her Kungfu.

Although Wei is already 42 years old, she is still beautiful. She marries a Chinese businessman.

4. Danny Chan Kwok-kwan (Kiper Tim Shaolin)

Danny Chan is one of the memorable characters in Shaolin Soccer. He is the man that dresses like Bruce Lee and can block ever shot directed to the goal. Since he looks similar to Bruce Lee, Danny Chan plays the legendary martial artist in multiple films like The Legend of Bruce Lee, Ip Man 3, dan Ip Man 4: The Finale.

He got married in Bali last 2014 with his partner Emme Wong. Danny Chan is now 43 years old and still active in the entertainment industry.

5. Stephen Chow (Sing)

The protagonist in Shaolin Soccer, Sing, is played by Stephen Chow that is now 56 years old. The last film he stars in is CJ7. But reportedly, he is going to make a came in Kungfu Hustle 2. At the moment, Stephen Chow focuses on becoming a director and producer.
