The MPL Indonesia Season 16 (MPL ID S16) competition is still counting down the days until it resumes in August. However, even though it's still a matter of time, all teams appear to have already made important preparations ahead of this new competition.

From roster preparation to player selection, new strengths, everything is geared up to achieve better results in MPL ID S16. Furthermore, MPL ID S16 will be the official pathway to the world-class MLBB M7 World Championship. One team that has already begun to show signs of preparation is Team Liquid ID (TLID).

Last season's less-than-optimal performance has prompted Team Liquid ID to strive for improvement in MPL ID S16. Losing on the first day of the playoffs was a significant blow for The Cavalry. Unsurprisingly, many fans are hoping that the Team Liquid MPL ID S16 roster can perform better.

Team Liquid's MPL ID Season 16 Roster Features Joo and Kabuki!

The announcement regarding the Team Liquid MPL ID Season 16 roster was revealed on Saturday, August 2, 2025, via the Team Liquid ID YouTube channel. The announcement video revealed that two of Team Liquid ID's coaching staff, Doly "SaintDeLucaz" Van Pelo and Usep "Facehugger" Setiawan, were still entrusted with managing the team.

The first player announced was Aldhia Fahmi "Aran" Aranda as EXP Laner. Aran has once again been entrusted with strengthening the Team Liquid MPL ID Season 16 roster. As one of the team's spearheads, Aran is believed to remain a key player for The Cavalry. Next up is Risky "Kyou" as Gold Laner.

Kyou's presence last season had a significant impact on Team Liquid ID. Now, with more thorough preparation and strength, he is more ready to become a frontline player for The Cavalry. Next up is Yehezkiel "Yehezkiel" Wiseman as Midlaner. Yehezkiel's performance has fluctuated, but his presence has been a key factor in The Cavalry's strength from season to season.

As a Roamer, Christian Widy "Widy" Wardhana Hartono has been trusted once again in Team Liquid's MPL ID Season 16 roster. Despite his cool demeanor, Widy's performance has been exceptional, supporting every offensive initiative the team has initiated in the Land of Dawn.

Next, as Jungler, Team Liquid ID introduced a new young star to their roster this season: Joooo. Previously, like Faviannn, Joooo was a Jungler who had previously pursued a career at the MDL level. However, his immense potential convinced coach SaintDeLucaz to take Joooo to the next level.

After a season off, Leonardo "Kabuki" Agung has finally returned. Coach SaintDeLucaz believes he has great potential to boost the team's strength. Kabuki's return is expected to bring a more invigorating fighting spirit to The Cavalry this season.

Not to be missed, Team Liquid ID's "Dynamic Duo" will also be joining the MPL ID Season 16 roster: Sultan "Aeronshikii" Muhammad and Favian "Faviannn" Bayu Putra. These two new players, Gold Laner and Jungler, are ready to once again rock and burn all opponents in MPL ID Season 16.
