Most of the time, ninjas in the Naruto world fight in small four cell teams. However, there is also a combination of two or three siblings that are no less deadly than those groups! Let's see the list of the strongest brother and sister combinations in the Naruto and Boruto series. 

9. Sakon and Ukon

Orochimaru's men who became the leader of Otogakure's Sound Four. Both have a strange kekkei genkai that makes them able to break down the molecules of their bodies, then fuse with each other or even with other people's bodies and destroy them from within. 

8. Mangetsu and Suigetsu Hozuki

Mangetsu and Suigetsu Hozuki are two brothers from Kirigakure who master the Suika no Jutsu technique to liquify their bodies and are very skilled with swordfighting, to the point of being called the Second Coming of Demon; The First Demon refers to Zabuza Momochi. Mangetsu himself is thought to be the owner of the legendary sword Hiramekirai before being wielded by Chojuro. 

7. Kinkaku and Ginkaku

The Golden and Silver Brothers from Kumogakure. Although during the First Shinobi World War Kumogakure proudly employed the elite group of Kinkaku Force, they were far more notorious for their crimes. 

They stole Rikudo Sennin's Seven Sacred Treasures then when the Second Hokage and Second Raikage made a peace treaty, they attacked the two leaders to the verge of death. Kinkaku and Ginkaku's appearances look like Kurama because they had eaten the Bijuu's flesh and got its chakra when they were swallowed by it. 

6. Gaara, Kankuro, and Temari

Three siblings from Sunagakure. Even not mentioning Gaara's powers that backed up by his role as Shukaku's One-Tailed Jinchuuriki, they are a very dangerous trio. Kankuro with his ninja puppet army is able to secretly poison opponents and Temari with her giant fan can create a bladed storm that can destroy a whole forest in one swing.

5. Killer B and A

Although Killer B and A are not blood-related brothers -- Killer B was initially only assigned as A's partner when he needed a combination attack -- but the relationship between the two ninjas immediately became as close as a real family. Not only that, even when separated, Killer B mastered the Kakuran Taijutsu and Acrobat techniques which are very difficult to predict. While A's Lightning Release-powered wrestling attacks are terrifying due to their speed and power. 

4. Madara and Izuna Uchiha

The Uchiha Clan leader during the Civil War and his younger brother were feared by their opponents thanks to their fighting skills and expert use of the Sharingan. However, Izuna still succumbed to Tobirama's sword; which on the other hand allowed Madara to gain the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan when Izuna gave him his eyes on the verge of death, thus making the big brother as one of the most legendary ninja in the Naruto world. 

3. Hashirama and Tobirama Senju

The Senju Clan brothers. Both of them had served as Hokage aka the greatest ninja in Konoha Village. Hashirama became a legend in the ninja world thanks to his extraordinary Wood Release powers. Tobirama himself is known as the inventor of a number of Konoha's legendary kinjutsu or forbidden techniques, such as the Tajuu Kage Bunshin which consumes too much chakra for ordinary humans and Edo Tensei which can revive those who have died. 

2. Indra and Asura Otsutsuki

The sons of Rikudo Sennin or Hagoromo Otsutsuki. As descendants of the Otsutsuki and direct ancestors of the Uchiha and Senju Clans, these two figures have extraordinary chakra processing powers. Asura's hidden power made him respected by the people but Indra's power made him feared.

1. Hagoromo and Hamura Otsutsuki

Sons of Kaguya Otsutsuki. The two were able to fight for weeks without stopping to stop the evil ambitions of their mother and the One-Tailed Beast. Hamura is the direct ancestor of the Hyuga Clan. Hagoromo himself is a figure who spreads chakra and the teachings of processing that energy to the inhabitants of Earth - which is then misused as a ninjutsu for war.
