However, as these characters have experienced a steady increase in power levels in the previous series, many of the strongest characters previously have fallen into the new generation, and older characters like Naruto and Sasuke appear to be either declining or getting nerfed. 1. Isshiki Otsutsuki

Kaguya's strong partner, Isshiki, must be included in the list of the 10 strongest Boruto characters. His power is enormous. There is no limit to his extraordinary abilities. Even among other extremely talented genin like Boruto, Sarada, and Shinki, Mitsuki is simply outstanding.

He has extraordinary chakra levels and excels in Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. He also has great stealth abilities and is very fast. He had even attained Sage Transformation, an ability that only a select few had previously achieved. On the graduation exam, he fought and defeated academy teacher Shino Aburame. His signature ability, Soft Physique Modification, allowed him to arm any part of his body. The move also makes it very difficult to hit. Mitsuki is the benchmark for measuring strength for other genin.

4. Momoshiki Otsutsuki

Although it seems that his strength has been nerfed, the list of the 10 strongest Boruto characters is incomplete without including Naruto Uzumaki. After all, who can beat him? He is a god-level shinobi, and he experienced several traumatic incidents in the Boruto series. But, what we know until now, he is the strongest person in the Uzumaki family. Making his debut in Boruto episode 1, Kawaki is shown in a flash-forward scene where he is seen standing among the ruins of Konoha Village. He can also beat Naruto. Since Naruto is seen as one of the strongest ninja, this seems to immediately establish Kawaki as the most powerful evil character of the series.

Very little is known about the extent of Kawaki's abilities, but in the manga, he is able to do the unthinkable when Boruto no longer has control over his own abilities. At Boruto's urging to save everyone, he fatally ends the fight between the two of them. One thing is for sure: Kawaki is much stronger than anyone in his current generation. His powers seem so great that he has the potential to become the strongest character the world of Naruto has ever seen.

9. Boruto Uzumaki

Boruto is very much like his father, Naruto, when he was younger, but he is also much more mature and knowledgeable than Naruto. Aside from his personality, Boruto is a golden boy who is recognized as being at the forefront of his class in almost all aspects of ninjutsu.

It's impossible to list all of Boruto's abilities, but suffice to say, he can sometimes perform at the Jounin level when no one his age can. He is strong, fast, has large chakra reserves, and is able to create good battle strategies. All of these skills made him a genin who seems to be on the cusp of being one of the greatest shinobi of all time. That makes him the strongest Boruto character.

10. Sarada Uchiha

If fans judged genin's potential based on their origins, Sarada Uchiha would be on top. As the daughter of Sasuke and Sakura, two of the strongest shinobi of Konoha's previous generation, it's no surprise that Sarada is an elite genin at her age. Possessing her father's extraordinary talent and mother's intelligence, Sarada excels in many ways. Moreover, Sarada can pass the chunin exam easily.

She can control chakra at an advanced level and use it to strike so hard it can shake the earth. She also has various ninjutsu techniques at his disposal and first awakened her Sharingan at the age of 11. She can fight, throw shuriken, and use jutsu better than her peers.

The only weakness she has shown so far is the fatigue factor from using too much strength, but her energy reserves will increase with age. But, Sarada will grow to be the strongest and this we know for sure because the story of Boruto implied that in the future Sarada will become the next Hokage.
