However, after she returned from her studies in Sumeru, she found that Rostam had died fighting monsters. In her grief, the Fair Lady used her life-fire to slay monsters and demons, harming her own body.

Even though Rosalyne didn't hurt anyone, the people around her grew afraid of her. They eventually started calling her Crimson Witch. Before the flames completely engulfed her, Rosalyne was recruited by a Harbinger, and suppressed her powers with Cryo Delusion. From then on, La Signora became the subject of Tsaritsa.

2. Scaramouche

Another Fatui Harbinger on this list, Scaramouche first appeared in version 1.1 when nobody knew anything about him. Then his origins began to be revealed with the Genshin Impact 2.1 update, where Yae Miko said that Scaramouche was supposed to be the leader of the Electro Archon. The 6th Harbinger was a discarded prototype.

Raiden Shogun didn't want to kill him, so she sealed his power and let him free. Within the ranks of the Harbingers, he was not well-liked due to his arrogance and brashness. Scaramouche is known to be two-faced and he can betray anyone at any time, even his fellow Fatui Harbingers. It was even suspected that he ran away and became disobedient after getting Raiden Shogun's Gnosis.

3. Childe

Childe is a villainous, cunning character who's one of the Fatui Harbingers. But Tartaglia is far more evil than Childe. In Archon Quest, Childe even released the seal of Osial, the lord of the Vortex and intended to destroy Liyue with the power of the god Osial. Despite that fact, the Fatui Harbinger didn't care about the consequences and kept on doing it. As one of the subjects of Tsaritsa, this character only cares about the goals of Tsaritsa. He will never hesitate and is willing to do anything for the Cryo Archon, including bringing destruction and even deaths.

4. Rhinedottir

Rhinedottir, or better known as "Gold", is an alchemist who hails from Khaenri'ah. She gained infamy for her creations that roam all over Tevyat and wreak havoc across continents. From the drop the player get from defeating Wolflord, it is said that Rhinedottir was the one who created Riftwolves by accident. It is not clear what her purpose for creating these evil monsters is, but it's likely that she tries to create life in order to make an achievement as an alchemist. Although not all of Gold's creations are evil, such as Albedo and Durin.

5. Enjou

This character was initially introduced as a researcher who would help players. But then Enjou reveals himself as Lector Abyss who disguises himself as a human so that he can infiltrate Enkanomiya. When the underwater region was first introduced, Enjou didn't really do anything bad except for attacking the Traveler. However, in a later version update, Enjou restores the three Towers of the Void, which results in darkness enveloping Byakuyakoku.

It is also known that Lector made a pact with Bathysmal Vishap to cover Enkanomiya in darkness, so that Vishap could save their relatives. In return, the Dragonheir of the Depths must provide the Abyss Order with safe passage. However, Enjou betrayed their agreement, and resulted in the darkness that covered the area now poisoning every non-Abyssal creature in existence.

6. Il Dottore

Il Dottore is one of the eleven Fatui Harbingers. He may not have made an appearance in Genshin Impact yet, but he's been mentioned several times and has an important role in the Genshin Impact manga. In the story, Il Dottore turns one of his underlings into a machine for disappointing him. Childe also once revealed that Il Dottore enjoys tinkering with old things and is even crueler than that. The character known as The Doctor is known for conducting unethical experiments on humans. Even the test subjects are forced to fight in the underground arena called Haeresys.

7. Tsaritsa

This character, who is still very much unknown, is rumored to be the Cryo Archon. The Archon, who's once the god of love, is the exact opposite after a major, unknown event caused a change in her heart. Now she is known for not loving her people anymore, and her people no longer love her either. For now, the motive for her mistreatment is unknown, but Tsaritsa is introduced as the greatest tyrant in the Genshin Impact story. She ordered the Fatui Harbingers to steal the other Archons' Gnoses by any means possible. It's even rumored that Tsaritsa is planning to rebel against the Gods.
