Chainsaw Man's Strongest Female Characters

1. Power

One of the three main members of the Makima Squad alongside Denji and Aki, Power is one of the best Chainsaw Man characters around. According to herself, Power is the most beautiful and smartest being on the planet. In reality she is a murderer, a liar, a thief, a foolish woman, and is always ready to flee from any dangerous situation even if it means leaving her comrades to save herself.

As a Blood Devil, Power can manipulate the blood within her body at will to create any weapon she can think of. In fact, she was also able to fight several devils with a higher rank than her and revive Denji from the brink of death.

2. Master "Santa Claus"

The entity known as Santa Claus is related to someone who was contracted by a Puppet Devil. The current user, someone nicknamed "Master", does not have a recognized name because "Santa Claus" operates in complete anonymity. Quanxi is a former Chinese Devil Hunter who eventually gets bored and takes on the role of a mercenary and assassin and gains the ability to summon the Arrow Devil's powers. While technically still a human, Quanxi is one of the few Hybrids who, despite being assimilated with a Devil, also has the power to transform into a Devil at will.

Quanxi is an unrivaled close combat expert who uses incredible speed and superhuman strength to quickly crush his opponents. Quanxi was also a master swordsman, and her only limit in killing opponents was the durability of her blade, which he showed off by killing tens to hundreds of Puppets in an instant. Together with her self-healing ability as a Devil, makes her an almost impossible foe to kill, and many Devil hunters have died trying to do so.

4. Kobeni Higashiyama

Introduced as a Devil  Hunter recruited into the 4th Special Division "Makima Squad", Kobeni is depicted as restless and self-deprecating. Since she only took up the dangerous job in order to support her family on a steady salary, her real motivation for killing Devils was almost non-existent and she also quickly gave up on her duties.

Even though Kobeni is a coward, she is still an accomplished and efficient fighter. Kobeni possesses impressive agility and at one point she was able to single-handedly fight high-level Devils using only a kitchen knife and her pure athletic ability. She also has a devil contract and while the devil hasn't been officially revealed, when paired with her agility, the devil's abilities make her a very dangerous fighter.

5. Prinz

Prinz is the incarnation of the Spider Devil, who was recruited into the Makima Squad as a Devil Slayer after he was hunted and chose to join Makima rather than have her killed. Since the devil's power comes from the degree of fear that humans have of what the devil manifests, Prinz who takes the form of a spider is a very powerful devil.

As a Devil, Prinz can heal herself by consuming human blood, and basically Prinz can live eternally because every Devil killed on Earth will go to Hell, and every Devil killed in Hell will go to Earth. Her ability to immerse herself in walls and the ground as well as the ability to summon certain people anywhere makes her quite a formidable foe.

6. Makima

Makima is revealed to be the secret manipulator of the entire Devil Hunters association and the embodiment of a Controlling Devil. His ultimate goal is to harness the inherent power of the Chainsaw Man to destroy the concept of all Devils and create a utopia. Even though her ideals sound good, she doesn't hesitate to kill anyone to make her utopia.

As a Control Devil, Makima can completely manipulate any creature she feels she is stronger than, from taming dogs, to forcibly using other Devils' abilities at will. She is physically strong enough to single-handedly take on any opponent and he is also a tactician. Even though it wasn't stated explicitly, it was likely that the Controlling Devil was a Primal Fearful Devil who was one of the strongest Devils in existence.

7. Akane Sawatari

Akane is a human and former Devil Slayer who has a contract with the Snake Devil. Because she deeply distrusts Makima, she decides to make a contract with the Gun Devil who is the most famous Devil known in an attempt to destroy Makima.

As well as summoning the Serpent Devil, Akane has the ability to revive pseudo-creatures which she uses to great effect against the Makima Army. So while he's not the strongest, his ability to revive powerful allies at the cost of his hooves makes him a dangerous opponent, and can be frustrating when he's fighting alongside other strong foes.

8. Himeno

Himeno was previously a Devil Slayer and member of the Makima Squad and is the original "friend" or mentor of Aki Hayakawa who is the current mentor to Denji. She also serves as one of Denji's bodyguards when the Gun Devil threatens Denji's life.

As a veteran Devil Slayer, Himeno is extremely talented in hand-to-hand combat and is shown to have killed and fought numerous Devils, as well as outright defeating Kobeni in a fight. Himeno sacrificed her eyes to contract with the Ghost Devil and although she can only use a fraction of her strength, she is able to fight very efficiently.

9. Cosmo

Cosmo is a Cosmos Devil as well as a Devil who is a Devil that inhabits human corpses. She along with Pingtsi, Long, and Tsugihagi are members of the Quanxi harem, though most of the group know nothing other than the fact that Cosmo can only say the word "Halloween".

10. Reze
