1. Oidee

3. Chintaro giro

He is one of the characters in Wano who volunteered to behead Zoro when he was accused of a crime. Giro has an achievement in itself for helping many people commit seppuku or commit suicide. After someone committed seppuku by stabbing a knife into his heart, he immediately cut off his head so as not to suffer.

The name Giro Chintaro itself means guillotine in Japanese. The guillotine was a tool used to behead criminals sentenced to death in ancient times.

4. Tooyama Tsujigirou

Tooyama is a judge who tries to trap Zoro in the Flower capital to snatch Shusui from him. Its name is taken from the word tsujigiri which means a crime for slashing people on the streets. Then the name Tooyama is taken from a family of judges in Japan who were famous in the Edo era.

5. Harukado

Harukado is a giant octopus that lives in the waters of Wano. He was happy to welcome visitors to Wano by playing the drums. Harukado also has a great sense of humor. When he appeared on the Sunny Go ship, Harukado didn't speak at all. His sudden appearance made him look like a thief.

6. Massui

Massui is one of the Waiters who is also a sniper. He had caught Luffy with a rifle when he first met Otama at Kuri beach. Massui himself is not an important character because he is no different from the rest of Kaido's troops.

Massui is very confident that he can become Gifters, troops who have the ability of the smile devil fruit. Because he waited too long, he got impatient and put on a mask to look like a Gifter.
